Welcome to our first OPEN FARM DAY! We’ll keep updating details about the event here.
If you’re finding us via Peaches to Beaches — we have actual plumbed bathrooms available and clean. So, even if you’re just coming for a rest stop, that’s a-okay!
Play on the farm! We’ll have our yard games out under the oak tree and the play fort is ready to be climbed up, swung on, and slid down. The tree field will be open and it’s PERFECT for letting littles get their energy out.

Swap seeds with the farmer and others in the community. Bring some seeds to swap, or you can buy some seeds from us and swap the extras you don’t need with another person attending. This availability can change throughout the day since it depends on what people bring to swap.
Buy special variety seeds. We understand the love of having “weird” varieties in your garden. We tend to buy them ourselves in large amounts. We will have some available to purchase that you can’t normally find in a store.
Listen (and dance??) to live music. We’ll have a musician playing folksy vibe music with some children’s sing-a-longs mixed in. 12-2p
Farmer talks
11a - Potting up or planting in-ground your new plants
12p - Why you need a soil test and how to get one (plus tips about fertilizing)
1p - Planning your garden with companion plants
2p - How you handle birds eating your berries
Feed the farm animals!
We have goats, chickens, rabbits, pigs, etc…and they LOVE snacks. Just keep your new plants out of reach of the goats — they’ll eat anything.
